Los Cabos has great fajitas which is what I normally order when we go there. The portion is big and they make sure you have all the fixings needed to make they great. They also have a great vegetarian menu which includes Potato Tacos that my girlfriend just loves. Service has always been good and the owner usually comes by to see how his customers meals are going. A very good place to eat that will never disappoint.
And they have good chips and salsa.
Update 12/2006 – This continues to be one of the greatest Mexican places in Orange. We went to a place down the street because they were too busy one night and we were so disappointed. No matter how busy it is Los Cabos is always worth the wait.
