The staff range from clueless to apathetic and the owner is flat out rude. The only times I've seen a business get away with that kind of attitude is when their products are mind-blowingly good, and the cupcakes here are definitely NOT that. The cupcakes are mediocre IMO. It’s great that they bake them each morning, but that’s not exactly some new and innovative things, being that 99% of bakeries out there do the same thing.
