Flan is one of the easiest, most delicious creations of all time. If you’re looking for a sweet treat to whip up quickly, look no further. Here’s an easy flan recipe you can make in about 90 minutes!

What You’ll Need.

First things first, you’re going to need to gather you’re ingredients. Grab one cup of white sugar, three eggs, a can of sweetened condensed milk, a can of evaporated milk, and a tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Do the Prep Work.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and melt the sugar in a medium saucepan over a medium-low heat until it’s liquified and golden. Once that’s done, take a medium glass baking dish and pour the sugar evenly on its bottom and sides. Make sure it’s coated evenly.

Then beat your eggs in a big bowl, and add the vanilla, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Keep beating it all until it’s all smooth, and then pour it into the sugar-coated baking dish. Cover it all in aluminum foil and put it in the preheated oven.

Bake It.

Now, bake your flan for an hour. Let it cool completely, which should take about a half hour. Then, invert the flan on a serving plate with edges, but do so only once it’s totally cool.

Make It Fancy.

Although your flan may be ready to serve, why not add some delicious garnishes? After all, people eat with their eyes first, so it’d be worth your time to make your flan extra aesthetically appealing. Try shaving some chocolate on to each piece, or dusting it with coconut flakes. You could also drizzle some cherry or strawberry syrup on top, too.
