Yogurt dips are easy to make, and highly nutritious. If you’d like to give your family something to snack on that’s as delicious as it is healthy, try out one of these Greek yogurt dip recipes.

Ranch Yogurt Dip.

It might sound a little weird, but ranch yogurt dips are a much healthier alternative to those other, store bought ranch dips. To make a ranch yogurt dip, you’ll need an 18-ounce container of Greek yogurt (obviously), and a packet of dry ranch dressing mix. Mix the two together until they’re combined well, and serve! This dip goes great with just about anything you could imagine — pretzels, veggies, pita — whatever.

Buffalo Yogurt Dip.

Buffalo wings are delicious and all, but they’re not exactly friendly if you’re trying to count calories. Luckily, you can whip up a quick Buffalo yogurt dip to satisfy your spicy craving. Just mix a cup of plain Greek yogurt, a quarter-cup of crumbled blue cheese, two tablespoons of chopped parsley, half a teaspoon of hot sauce, and serve. Best of all about this recipe is that it’s great for more than chicken. It’s probably one of the best veggie dips you’ll ever find.

Raspberry Yogurt Dip.

If you want to venture over to the sweet side, try making a nice raspberry dip. All you need is half a cup of fresh or thawed frozen raspberries, one tablespoon of sugar, and one cup of plain low-fat Greek yogurt. In a small bowl, take the raspberries and the sugar, and mash them together. Then, add the yogurt, and there you have it. This dip is particularly pretty great when served with pears, but you can serve it with whatever fruit you really want.
